Day 1

Travel to Murchison Falls National Park

Pick up from Kampala or Entebbe to a 5 hours’ drive journey to Murchison Falls National Park which is located in northwestern Uganda. You will drive from Kampala via Luweero-Masindi route and stopover Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking. From here proceed to Masindi town to have lunch and then connect to Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 2

Game drives and boat cruise at Murchison Falls National Park

We shall go for a game drives to the northern section of Murchison Falls National Park wher we shall get to sight a variety of savanna inhabitants including warthogs, giraffes, lions, elephants, buffaloes, bird species among others. Later on you have boat cruise at the base of Murchison Falls which is a home for crocodiles, hippos, water birds and many other wildlife species.

Day 3

Travel to Kibale National Park

First thing in the morning you will be transferred to Kibale National Park, a 7 hours’ drive where will have magnificent view of Uganda’s finest sceneries. From here you will have lunch and then continue to Kibale National Park.

Day 4

Chimpanzee tracking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

By 8:00am, you will start with your primate adventure with the park ranger guide. The trek will take about 4 hours and one hour is given to you to interact and experience the behaviors of chimpanzees while you take photos. You will also encounter different species including red colobus monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, birds, baboons, red tailed monkeys, among others.

Day 5

Game drives and boat cruise at Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early in morning we go on game viewing tour along Kasenyi trail where you will look out for leopards, lions, Kobs, birds, buffaloes, bush elephants and many others. It is a 2-3 hours’ experience and after, you get back to the lodge for lunch.

In the afternoon, you will have boat cruise on Kazinga Channel which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. You will spot out for hippos, crocodiles, water birds and many other wildlife species.

Day 6

Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

On the 6th day we drive you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, pass Ishasha Sector where we find tree climbing lions. From here we make a stopover for lunch then connect to Bwindi National Park.

Day 7

Gorilla trekking in Bwindi National Park

In a group of 8 trekkers, we will take you 2-6 hours to trek the primates depending on your speed of hiking, nature of habitat and location of gorillas. The four regions where gorilla treks begin in Bwindi National Park include Buhoma, Ruhija, Nkuringo and Rushaga. On finding the gorillas, a maximum of one hour is given to you for photography and exploring their behaviors. Later in the afternoon you will pay a visit to Batwa community for cultural exploration.

Day 8

Drive to Lake Bunyonyi

On this day we will connect to Lake Bunyonyi where we find over 29 mysterious islands and breathtaking landscapes. In Kabale, you will have stopover for lunch and proceed to Lake Bunyonyi. Later in the afternoon you will go for nature along the forest for a birds sights.

Day 9

Boat/canoe ride and drive to Lake Mburo National Park

A boat ride to the punishment island, Leper’s Island and Bushara Island for you to spot out several bird species. Return and then link to Lake Mburo National Park.

Day 10

Game viewing and drive back to Kampala

In the morning we head for a game drive to look out for incredible wildlife species such as buffaloes, lions, leopards, elands, zebras, giraffes, birds and after, drive back to the lodge for lunch and drive back to Kampala.
