2 DAYS JINJA TOUR AND WHITE-WATER RAFTING UGANDA

This 2 Days Jinja tour will take you to Uganda’s second largest and busiest commercial town after Kampala, the Capital of Uganda. its where you will also find the source of the river Nile. Jinja was established in 1907, it is located on the shores of Lake Victoria in the East about 86 km away from the capital.

Jinja is a very interesting and adventurous district with numerous attractions and activities including the Rafting on the River Nile, boat cruising, village walks among others.

Day 1

Kampala – Jinja

Having finished breakfast, we drive to the East to Jinja district where we enjoy and experience the beauty of nature as we pass by different sceneries, forest, hill, vegetation, villages among other. It is really an amazing jouney.  We then have a stopover around Sezibwa Falls for a guided nature walk and sighting viewing.

From there, we proceed to Mabira forest where you will involve in a nature walk through the jungle. A variety of different primates, tree species, birds, insects among others.

Upon arriving at Jinja, we visit the Bujagali falls, take a boat to the source of the Nile and also visit Samuka Island which is endowed with diverse bird species.

Later evening check in at the hotel/ lounge, have dinner and an overnight.

Water Rafting along River Nile

Early morning, we head for water rafting on the Nile River. It is an amazing and adventurous time rafting on these falls. Later on we have lunch and drive back to Kampala and reach by evening hours.
