2 DAYS BWINDI GORILLA AND CHIMPANZEE TOUR

Day 1

Gorilla trekking in Bwindi National Park

Early morning, we prepare to starts journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where you will gather to have briefing on the set guidelines for gorilla trekking.You will be picked up by our experiences, professional driver guide in comfortable 4×4 safari car then drives and connect to Bwindi National Park.

After breakfast during the briefing time which usually starts at 7:00am and you will be at a respective gorilla trekking area as per your gorilla permit. You will be allocated to your gorilla family to track in a group of 7 trekkers and your group will be led by a trained park ranger guide and you will be joined by trackers, porters. Gorilla trek usually takes about 2 to 6 hours depending on your speed of hiking, location of these apes and nature of the habitat. Upon discovering them we you a free to connect or study the behavior instincts and also make you record or journal for great experience and nature.

Day 2

Chimpanzee Tracking Adventure, Departure

Start early with heavy breakfast at the lodge (by 06:00h), then drive to the park headquarters for a briefing about gorilla trekking in Bwindi national park. The trek takes 3-7 hours depending your speed, weather the movement of these Giants in their territories.

The trek is quite energetic and you must be bodily fit for the trek. You will be guided by park rangers who will give you instructions during the Chimpanzee trekking. Conferencing chimpanzees feeding, playing and young ones swinging on trees in the jungle is an adventure experience for lifetime.

We then return you to your lodge/ accommodation for late lunch and then hit the road back to Kampala where the tour ends.
